APPLICATIONS

REBOARDING
Burr removal process. A burr is a protruding edge or small pieces of material that remain on a component after a modification/production process.
Burrs usually appear after machining operations such as grinding, drilling, cutting, milling, engraving or turning.

ACETINATION
Creating a matte (dull) surface on metals or glass.

POLISHING, BRIGHTENING, LEVELING
The vibrofinishing process achieves high-quality preparation of the workpiece surface. Due to the characteristics of the abrasive and the specific compound, the peaks of the workpiece surfaces, which create a high level of friction, are removed.
As a result, the surface is plastically shaped and leveled. It is also usually shiny, if the parameters are chosen for that process.

SHOTPEENING
Shot peening builds up targeted compressive stresses on the surface of the part, which leads to prolonged hardness, greater wear resistance and improved part properties.

DISCOVER
Surface treatment process for metals, but also for plastic, wood, glass and stone parts. The parts to be treated, together with ceramic, plastic or metal abrasives and an additive (compound) are placed in the processing machine for grinding by means of friction.

EDGE ROUNDING
There are two distinct types: The first refers to rounding the edges of cutting tools for machining or punches and dies for stamping. In these cases, the aim is to stabilize the cutting edge. The second type of edge rounding concerns the edges of parts in general. Here, the aim is to improve functionality and reliability.

ROUGHNESS/ANCHORAGE PROFILE
It means roughening the surface with blasting technology before applying coatings such as paint or rubber.

CLEANING
Cleaning parts is an important step in most industrial processes, in order to pass quality control specifications and the actual level of remaining dirt.
REMOVAL

EDGE PREPARATION
Removal of oil and degreasing of part surfaces to improve surface quality.

DROPLETS
Rust removal or coating stripping of metal surfaces using blasting technology.

REBOARDING
The terms mold extraction or sand removal mean the removal of molds and mold residues (sand) from the casting after the casting process.

EDGE PREPARATION
Mechanical removal of surface layers such as paint or other coatings such as plastic.
Removing a coating is a necessary step before painting or preservation or quality testing, such as trich testing.
